These terms explain how you may use IVAI and what you can expect from the service.
1. What IVAI does
IVAI lets you upload images and receive back a processed version with hidden signatures and source traces removed. Processing happens in your browser. We only store a file if you're signed in and it's within your plan's retention window.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service (e.g. automated bulk requests designed to bypass usage limits).
3. Plans and billing
Free accounts include a monthly image allowance. Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring monthly or yearly basis and can be canceled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the images you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload and process any image you submit.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of IVAI.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
