These terms explain how you may use IVAI and what you can expect from the service.
1. What IVAI does
IVAI rebuilds images from their pixels in your browser without copying the original embedded metadata. Your image files are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. Processing does not guarantee that platforms will stop identifying an image as AI-generated.
2. Accounts
You register and sign in with an email address and password. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or bypass access controls.
3. Plans and billing
Free accounts can process images and preview the results. Downloading processed images requires Pro, and your current plan is checked when you click Download. Pro is offered at a one-time payment of US $9.90 for lifetime unlimited image processing. There are no recurring monthly or yearly subscription charges and no monthly image quota for Pro. Processing remains subject to supported browser formats and device capabilities. The Upgrade to Pro link takes you to Whop for checkout. Opening the link does not confirm a purchase or automatically activate Pro; access requires a verified plan update.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the images you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload and process any image you submit.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of IVAI.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
