Privacy Policy

IVAI is an image processing app that removes hidden signatures and source traces from images before you share them. This policy explains what data we handle and how we protect it.
What we don't do
We do not track or store IP addresses. We do not sell your data. We do not read the contents of your images beyond what's needed to provide the service.
Image processing
Images are cleaned entirely in your browser. If you're not signed in, nothing is ever uploaded to our servers. If you are signed in, a storage-optimized preview of each processed image is saved so it appears in your History page, and is automatically deleted after your plan's retention window (7 days on the free plan, 90 days on Pro).
Anonymous usage tracking
To enforce the free-image limit for people who aren't signed in, we use an open-source browser fingerprinting library (FingerprintJS) that generates an opaque identifier from browser characteristics. This identifier is not linked to your IP address, name, or any other personal data, and cannot be used to identify you individually across other websites.
Account data
When you sign in with Google, we store your email address and account identifier via Supabase Authentication, used solely to manage your plan, usage limits, and history.
Payment data
Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details directly. Stripe processes payments and shares only your subscription status with us.
Your choices
You can delete any item from your History at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and history records.
